Every human in this world must experience STRESS in their live....it same goes to me..
The different is the ways we cop with it..Different person have different way to overcome their STRESS..
For me...when im in stress I will do 3 things
1. Hang out with friends ~ Shopping or do any outdoor activities
2. I will watch movies ~ Especially Romantic movies
3. I will wear headphone and listen to the music that i love ~ slow music
InsyaALLAH.... few hours later...i will be OK...
As a student...there are many things that we need to do..
Sometimes it give pressure to us..
I will do something to released my tension...if not...my head will be in pain for the whole day...
If im so lazy to do those things...I will go to sleep..It was the easier way released my stress..
